So many yummy choices. Feukien fried rice , chicken, roasted duck . Parking is small with two handicapped spaces . Friendly staff

Has a decently priced Peking duck that my family enjoys. It's not the best, not the worst, but you can order day of and pickup a full duck with buns. Not too bad.

Just had my second visit to Cooking Cooking, and it was fantastic! I've been craving their Peking duck, and it didn't disappoint. The duck was crispy, not too salty, and the meat was tender. Their soft buns were the perfect match. We also tried the kung pao chicken, spare ribs in honey chili sauce, seafood fried rice, and stir-fried assorted vegetables. The spare ribs were a favorite--they were fried perfectly, and the sauce was just right. The complimentary tea and dessert were a nice touch. The tea helped with digestion, and the red bean soup for dessert was just sweet enough. What's more, their service was lightning fast, and I loved how they had extendable tables. We ordered so much food that we were running out of space, but the table extensions came to the rescue! Overall, a great dinner experience. Can't wait to go back for more!

Came here on a Sunday, right when they opened. Accessibility- handicap parking right in the front. It is a small parking lot. Service- very efficient and quick. Food- ordered - House special pan fried noodles: very authentic Cantonese "jeen mein." Had chicken, fish, cha siu and even scallops. -Roast pork: the skin was perfect, nice and crispy -shrimp won ton noodle soup: I would skip it next time. Not enough shrimp in the wontons. And noodles not as chewy as I would like it. Return Factor- yes to try their other roast items

This is a pretty solid Cantonese restaurant. My fiance and I came last week and got a chinese BBQ dish, beef organs, salt and pepper chicken wings and XO sauce pork cheek. Food came pretty quickly and service was decent. My only complaints are that the menu didn't indicate that the XO sauce pork cheek came with bitter melon and that the Chinese BBQ was a little bit on the dry side but I would still come back in the future to try other items.

I went to two different Chinese Restaurants today and Cooking Cooking out of the two is far more superior in taste and quality of the food. It definitely was more expensive per dish but you get what you pay for. For 2 dishes at Cooking Cooking, I got 3 dishes at Edna Ray (both came out to be around $51 total) but I would gladly pay a bit more per dish for the right consistency and the right tastes. I ordered the Egg and Shrimp Chow Fun and the Honey Walnut Prawns. The Honey Walnut Prawns was ever so lightly battered, had more shrimp to batter ratio (10:1) and the Egg and Shrimp Chow Fun was generously smothered with silky egg gravy. 10/10 would recommend, my family always goes here now that the head manager moved from Pan Tao (aka Newport Seafood) and is at Cooking Cooking. We will always be loyal customers.

Went here for a Chinese Open The Year Dinner with my family, we had two tables. My cousin was late and the rules are you're supposed to start the new year eating together, so we were waiting for an extra 30 minutes from when our reservation was. The restaurant was very accommodating and as soon as my cousin came, they served the food instantly and it was still hot and tasted fresh. The food was decent, it wasn't my favorite but there was a good selection and the service was good despite it being busy.

It's been a while since we been back here. I called in my order and was told to pickup 15 minutes later. I ordered: Chicken in chef's special sauce: 4/5 good but Hainan is better. Roasted pork: 4/5 good, not too sweet. Duck and shrimp wonton noodle soup: 5/5 soooo tasty! Wish they gave more broth. Pork and preserved egg porridge: 5/5 yummm! Nice consistency and they are not stingy with the preserved egg. $75 for these 4 dishes.

I used to go to the Foster City Cooking Papa growing up, so I was happy to see that this location has the same menu! They even have smoked duck hanging in the window. There's a small parking lot and seating inside. I love their Chinese BBQ and their Chow Fun never disappoints. My boyfriend was feeling under the weather, and the chicken porridge was the perfect remedy for him. I will be back in the future for more takeout.
